Hello, We are analyzing data from a study where we have 2 groups: patients and controls. I was looking back at the FSL lecture slides, and it looks like you can either analyze this data as one group or two, depending on the variance of the mean for each group. Which way would you recommend that I analyze the data, and how do I know what the variance of each group is? Thank you, Jodi
