Hi - we would need to know more details about the problem. Maybe you are using an old design file which refers to old directory/filenames that are no longer valid? Cheers. I have recently moved to a new institution so my data are on a different server. I never got this error at the previous institution, so perhaps there is a directory structure issue or something else problematic about the new server setup. > > for { set session 1 } ..." > (file "/usr/bin/fsl/bin/feat" line 199) > grep: design.mat: No such file or directory > while executing > "exec sh -c "grep NumPoints design.mat | awk '{ print \$2 }'" " > invoked from within > "if { $done_something == 0 } { > > if { ! $fmri(inmelodic) } { > if { $fmri(level) == 1 } { > #{{{ FEAT first-level analysis > > I searched the archives for a similar problem, and I did find one similar inquiry from 2007. Discouragingly, there was no reply to the message. Since the query was 4 years back, I'm hoping that someone come across the solution and might be willing to let me know how to proceed and/or what was causing the problem in the first place. I would be extremely grateful for any help. > > Thanks and kind regards. > --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Stephen M.
