Hello, I am comparing resting state fMRI across two subject groups using temporal concatenation ICA. I would like to know 1. What does the sxx.txt file or the subject/session mode graph indicate and how it computes those values. I understand that the green (full model fit is high level GLM analysis but I cannot understand where the values for the blue curve or the first column of sxx.txt comes from. 2. Are the p values for the COPE contrasts corrected for multiple comparison? Thanks! Swati
