hi, I'm trying to run an FDR correction for multiple comparisons. I ran flame and according to the website and some previously posted notes here on the fsl forum, I'm supposed to look in the tdof_t1 image to find the correct DOF. I apologize for being so naive, but when I open the tdof_t1 image file, which number do I look at and how do I then implement it in the below line to get the correct log(p) image? ttologp -logpout logp1 varcope1 cope1 `cat dof` thanks so much for your help, dar
