Yes. Are you in the GUI?

Tools>Toolbars>Overlay Settings

This gives you a box under your image with each of your under/overlays  
listed. Click on the round blue 'i' sign, and you can select different  
colour ranges. Let me know if you need a screenshot.

I find red-yellow over blue-lightblue skeleton works well for me (n.b.  
I'm not colour blind myself). I think it's a good idea not to use  
green/red anyway as a reader might easily have the same problem as  
yourself.

There's also a command line equivalent, it's on the TBSS page I think.
