Hi there

For your exams teams do you have different JDs to accurately reflect their remit or do you just have one general one to make replacing staff easier?

I wonder if any of you would mind sharing any of your JDs – I’m just wondering whether or not I use the opportunity I have currently to specify in a JD that will go for advertising that the role has emphasis on EAAs coordination, and therefore perhaps need to have someone with previous experience of dealing with learners with specific needs.
