Some years ago I recall a case in Germany where an individual had captured cctv images of his neighbour’s property. His neighbour objected. The neighbour successfully argued that the images captured did not fall within the exemption of Domestic Purpose and the Judge ordered that the cctv camera should be adjusted so that it did not overlook the neighbour’s property.

 

Can anyone remember the name of this case?
