Hi At UCU Annual Congress 2011 a motion was passed to support research around lgb and t issues and lives by holding a conference every 3 years and maintaining a programme of activity in between. The academic year 2011 – 2012 marks three years since the last UCU supported LGB and T research conference which brought together activists, researchers and academics to present studies and network. On 18th May 2012 the next conference will take place in London, South Bank University. A call for papers is attached. If you have done, or are doing some field or academic research, or a project which produces findings that can be shared at the conference please do submit a proposal, no more than 500 words.
