  Subject: inset appointee

Dyma'r frawddeg sydd gen i: ***** is also consulting ***** and ***** who are inset appointees in our area

  Dyma'r cyd-destun:

The inset appointment process is the route by which one company replaces the incumbent as the appointed company for a specified area. As such the replacement appointed company will have all of the same duties and responsibilities as the previous company for the specified area.

...if the incumbent appointed company consents to transfer that area to the inset appointee.

Mae "penodiad mewnosod" yn digwydd ar y we am "inset appointment".

Fyddai rhywbeth fel "... sef cwmnïau a benodwyd trwy broses fewnosod yn ein hardal ni" yn darllen yn haws na "sy'n benodedigion mewnosod yn ein hardal ni" (GyrA) neu "sy'n benodeion mewnosod yn ein hardal ni" (TermCymru)?

  Diolch

  Siân
