Hi Claire,

We've just gone with Funnelback after using Google and we're pretty impressed with it to be honest.

It's integrated with our CMS, SquizMatrix so we can apply styling that we use elsewhere in the site very easily to the search pages as well as incorporating the search and facets as course finder pages.

The backend does require some technical know-how but the Funnelback team set us up without us having to touch a character of code which has really allowed us to take a step forward as we are very under much resourced, a big reason for us opting to outsource with Funnelback.

We're just getting to grips with fine tuning the search, best bets and facets but for what we asked for, I'd say money well spent.
