We encountered a strange problem. We finished our first-level analysis successfully (8 conditions; see attachement), however after conducting our second-level analysis our design-matrix looks bizarre (see attachment). It was a one-way Anova within subjects. Does anyone have a clue what the cause is. For example why is 7th con-image black for each subject?
