Dear Shahrzad, for calculating the Jacobian I am using the function spm_def2det from the HDW toolbox. This toolbox is provided with spm8, but it seems that the mex-files of that toolbox were not created (which is odd, because spm provides these files). Please check that your spm8 installation is correct. In order to compile the c-files, go to the spm8 folder and type "make toolbox".
