Dear SPM (Vladimir) I have a very basic question: if i already have condition averages at the single subject level, is it ok to convert these to images, smooth and then enter then straight into a 2nd level analysis (for which i will have defined the design/estimated the model/ defined the contrasts)? or do i need to : - use trial-level data - do first-level analysis as well ?
