Dear SPM users,<br><br>I wrote a MATLAB script to run preprocessing on my data, and everything seems to work fine, except for the fact that I receive the following error message during realignment:<br><br>Warning: Incompatible scalefactor in &quot;file directory&quot; 0.094606~=0.095002.<br>
