Hello SPMers,

 

I am getting this weird error message when I try to save the output image (MIPS overlayed on canonical T1) in SPM5

 

??? Attempted to access V.dim(4); index out of bounds because
numel(V.dim)=3.

Error in ==> spm_write_vol at 22
dt = V.dim(4); if dt>256, dt = dt/256; end;

Error in ==> spm_write_filtered at 55
Vo = spm_write_vol(Vo,Y);

??? Error while evaluating uicontrol Callback

 

Any and every help would be much appreciated.
