Hi, I am attempting to create a voxel displacement map using real and imaginary images in the Fieldmap Toolbox. However my data ends up looking quite distorted after I Realign and Unwarp with these images even though when I load an EPI in with my fieldmaps in the toolbox everything is aligned fine. I noticed that after I "Write Unwarped" in the toolbox I receive the following message on MATLAB: Item 'Name extension for run/session specific VDM file', field 'val': No matching defaults value found. Item 'Name extension for run/session specific VDM file', field 'val': No matching defaults value found. Item 'Name extension for run/session specific VDM file', field 'val': No matching defaults value found. Item 'Name extension for run/session specific VDM file', field 'val': No matching defaults value found. Item 'Distortion direction', field 'val': No matching defaults value found.
