Hello, i try to perform a simple VBM multiple regression analysis with T1-weighted data using SPM8. I want to examine the association between FA-values and Grey matter volume with age and education as nuisance variables. I performed the analyse with intercept and without intercept and achieved completely different results. I do not really understand the sense of including or excluding an intercept and what i should do in my analysis. I hope someone can help me. Thank you in advance, Dominik
