Dear SPM experts, I'm a novice SPM user and would like to ask you a quick question. I've been often told "transforming native to MNI space during normalization. I understand that normalization is warping individual-varying brains to the standard template in the SPM8 template folder. But I' m not clear how this is related to space transformation between native and MNI. For example with respect to what, does native vs. MNI space differ? Let me know. Glen
