SdG Associates will be running an NVivo 9 workshop in London on the 8-9 December 2011.
 
This workshop gives a thorough overview of NVIVO. Techniques covered include: organizing your research materials, setting up case nodes for your units of analysis, using attributes for variables, developing your thematic framework, building models with the modeler, and using the Find and Query Tools. Tips are given on how to use NVIVO to its full potential according to the type of qualitative approach participants may wish to take. The workshop is hands-on. On the afternoon of the second day of the workshop, participants will have the opportunity to set up their own projects in NVIVO.
 
This course can be later supplemented with additional online courses using multi-media (audios, videos, and graphics) with NVIVO 9, using NVivo 9 with surveys and using NVivo 9 for literature reviews.
 
The workshop follows the principles outlined in Dr. di Gregorio's book - di Gregorio, S. and Davidson, J. (2008) Qualitative Research Design for Software Users, Open University Press. For more information and ordering see:
