The Academic Development Centre at Kingston University is

responsible for supporting colleagues across the institution in

promoting and developing effective practice in learning and teaching,

e-learning, widening participation and student engagement.

Following the promotion of the current post holder to a post

elsewhere we are now seeking to appoint an energetic, innovative and

enthusiastic person to lead the Postgraduate Certificate in Learning

and Teaching in Higher Education. S/he will also lead on or contribute

to a range of initiatives concerned with the development and

implementation of the Learning, Teaching and Assessment Strategy.

We are looking for a colleague with a sound knowledge of current

issues around Learning, Teaching and Assessment in Higher Education

and with a strong track record of staff and curriculum development.
