Dear Kelly,

I've never seen a table in an abstract... The point of an abstract being
that it's a succinct shop window that sells the reader on wanting to read
more.

Sincerely, Linda

Subject: conference abstract submission

Hi all

Quick question regarding an abstract submission for an APA conference. I'm
just wondering whether it is acceptable to present results (i.e.
correlations) in a table within your abstract? The conference website itself
contains no specific guidelines other than to write the abstract according
to APA style, and I can't seem to find specific guidelines for submitting a
conference abstract in the APA 6th ed. Manual.

Any help is appreciated,

Best wishes
