Hi,

In addition to previous posts about duty of care and an obligation for employees to co operate, I often ask those who object how they might feel if at some point in the future, they develop a related health problem and decide to make some kind of claim, and they are then asked why they did not comply with the health surveillance at an earlier date which may well have helped to prevent the problem arising in the first place.  I find it effective.
