On another note, I attended a course two weeks ago in Budapest on Volunteer Management. I got funding from Gruntvig (http://www.grundtvig.org.uk/default.asp?section=00010001&sectionTitle=Home)

They fund training courses throughout Europe on their website, and they also fund visits and exchanges to other museums in Europe. Well worth a look if you want to see how other museums work and get ideas for projects.
