If you join the Society on the day, you can attend this event for free. Membership entitles you to free entry to the Choreographic Forum, which happens 4 times per year, as well as discounts for other events. You will also receive the Dance Research journal in the post twice per year. After the successful run of Into the Hoods, Some Like It Hip Hop is ZooNation's second evening-length hip hop dance theatre production, choreographed and directed by Kate Prince. It runs until 19th November 2011 at the Peacock Theatre (Holborn, London). This research day will include a talk by Kate Prince about the creation of the work, academic provocations, a roundtable discussion and choreographic workshop. Tea and coffee will be provided.
