CILIP Career Development Group UK National Conference

The Practical Professional 

This year's CDG National Conference will be held at Future Inns, Bristol on Monday 21st November 2011 and features varied presentations from LIS professionals around the themes of 'Becoming a career chameleon' and 'Making a splash - how you developed your service'.

We will also be running a 'Speed Networking' session after lunch so please bring your business cards with you!     

Delegate fees (including lunch and refreshments): 

CDG members                          £90 + VAT (or £75 + VAT if booked by the 4th November) 
Non CDG members                   £105 + VAT (or £90 + VAT if booked by the 4th November)
Students/Unwaged                  £40 + VAT 

All bookings (apart from students/unwaged) received by the 4th Nov will receive an 'Early Bird' discount.

This conference is organised by the Career Development Group, a special interest group of CILIP: The Chartered Institute of Library and Information Professionals.

There will be a prize for the best paper, as voted for by delegates on the day, and a selection of papers will be published in Impact, the group's journal
