We cannot get into any of our e-resources - getting "The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server." We have had this in the past but usually just for a specific resource and restarting the web processor has always sorted. This is everything. I have a urgent call out to Innovative and they have rung me. The guy there is working on it but was 1.30 am there and he is not an expert.
