According to The Nassau Guardian (4 Oct 2011), the Bahamas and Cuba signed a maritime boundary agreement on 3 October.  I was unable to find the text on either government's website--probably because the accord has not been ratified.  If any of you can provide the text, I would appreciate it.

In other boundary news, I would note that Guyana and Venezuela appear to have agreed to negotiate an extended continental shelf boundary (El Universal, 1 Oct 2011 -- **see also below**).  Indonesia and Malaysia are also negotiating a maritime boundary in the West Kalimantan (Borneo) area, according to The Jakarta Post, 9 Oct 2011.  Finally, St. Kitts and Nevis is preparing for maritime boundary negotiations in early 2012 (Office of the Prime Minister, 17 Oct 2011 via www.cuopm.com).
