For comparison purposes with my own work I am looking for any published papers presenting high quality fault maps based on field work.

I am not so much interested in maps derived from geophysical prospection methods but more in classic ("old school") work. Fault maps created from detailed field logs. Offset quantification would be nice but it is not a must.
