Dear Mark,
The log is:

Registration
/bin/mkdir -p reg
Warning - registration to highres turned on but
no highres image specified in setup file or in
FEAT directory! Will not register to highres.

I used both the GUI and the command line. The file il T1 output from bet2.
I tried in a VM with centos and it works.
Thanks

Matteo

Dear Matteo,

Are you selecting it using the File Browser in the GUI?
If not, try that.

All the best,
Mark

Dear Matteo,

Try putting in the full extension too (e.g. .nii.gz) as this would
be put in if you selected the file using the file browser in the
GUI, and the tests for the file existing in the tcl will fail unless
this is included.

All the best,
Mark

Dear experts,
I'm using feat on mac with OS X 10.6.8 and I've the following error in the log

Warning - registration to highres turned on but
no highres image specified in setup file or in
FEAT directory! Will not register to highres.

but I've inserted in the gui the directory and the name of the anatomical image and
also in the setup file

# Subject's structural image for analysis 1
set highres_files(1) "/Users/costa/Documents/rest_fsl/s1_anat/s1_anat_brain"

any suggestion

Thanks
