Hi all, I'm looking for a way to output, from a single t-stat nifti file, a list of all voxels (XYZ coordinates and t-stat value) that pass a certain threshold that I can input. Is there a way to do this via an FSL utility? I see that fslstats can output the coordinates (but not the value) of the single highest-valued voxel, but no more than that. I'd be happy with something that outputs to the terminal, or something that creates a text file with the values. Thanks, Mike
