Hi, I have data processed with FSL 4.1.4. bedpostx, dtifit and FIRST. Could someone tell me whether versions of these in 4.1.9 would give significantly different outputs ? I was hoping to have to not reprocess this data, but use previosuly processed data with things like probtrackx in 4.1.9 Thanks. M
