Dear FSL experts, I did vertex analysis using FIRST in two groups with one covariate. The results are looks fine. My questions could be naive. 1) What do mean each values (3 values per each vertex) and how could I use the values? 2) If I want to get mean values where I found statistically significant differences in vertex analysis, what should I do with the saved vertices file?
