Hello all, a novice's question: I want to include a protein sequence that has several domains. i.e a protein with say 300 residues, of which res1-30 is N-terminal, 31-60 is Transmembrane, 61-80 is a loop, 81-110 is TM2 and so on...How do i do this, and what is the terminology for the different domains in CCPN. Can someone help me. Ideally can i add the whole sequence at once and break it into fragments ? thanks in advance Santhosh
