Dear SPM users, I wonder whether I can get some help on spm_regions? My confusion is mainly on how and whether it adjusted data at the 2nd level analysis. I have a 2nd level design with one regressors of interest and two nuisance regressors for con images after 1st level stats. So I use a T contrast [0 1 0 0], with the first column being the images, second being the regressor of interest. When I use spm_regions to get data, those are not corrected for the T contrast here, correct? (only detrended, etc). If I want to correct for the contrast (regressing out the effect from the two nuisance regressors), could I do it with a F contrast [0 1 0 0]? I am not totally clear on F contrast and hope you can give me some suggestion. Thanks Christine
