Felly ti'm yn meddwl bod gofyn cyfleu'r syniad o'r giat neu'r glwyd?

Welais i ddim byd hyd yn hyn, ond petawn i’n gorfod ei egluro fo mewn Cymraeg dealladwy, efallai y byddwn i’n defnyddio ‘proses gam wrth gam’ neu ‘proses asesu fesul cam’ a bod yn fanylach.

Cofion gorau,

Huw

Subject: stage–gate

Oes yna derm eisoes. Os nad, unrhyw ysbrydoliaeth? Dyma ddiffiniad Wici:-

A stage–gate model, also referred to as a phase–gate process, is a project management technique in which an initiative or project (e.g. product development, process improvement, business change, etc.) is divided into stages (or phases) separated by gates. At each gate, the continuation of the initiative is decided by (typically) a manager or a steering committee. The decision is based on the information available at the time, including business case, risk analysis, availability of necessary resources (money, people with correct competencies, etc.). The stage–gate model may also be known as stage-limited commitment or creeping commitment.
