Stumbled across this http://www.patient.co.uk/video/Back-pain-how-to-avoid-it-at-work.htm  on Patient.co.uk and got very excited! (how sad am i) as I was imagining using it in presentations, recommending it to managers etc.

 

Sadly on viewing i noticed the following:

- although lots of lovely pics of various job roles in back ground he focuses more on the office chair in his advice

- not sure how many employers will like employees telling them they need to go for a stroll!
