Hi all Can anyone advise please, recently new flt trucks have Bern brought on site, the drivers are now required to operate these for the duration of there shift standing. They did used to operate the sitting flt trucks, so now there had been an influx of complaints stating they are now suffering for back / leg pain, manual handling movements are now affected etc. Some are even refusing to operate them completley. I have arranged a meeting with health and safety, the physio and management team to discuss, any advice would be greatly appreciated.
