Hello everyone Just wondering if anyone can help, we have received notification from the department of health that welders may be at risk of deveolping one type of pneumonia that is preventable by vaccine. We have at times the requirement for staff in the workplace, although unsure if maintenance contract this out. Would the onus be on us the company irrespective if employed / self employed status.
