Hello List, I have a gentleman who injured his back in Sept 2010 as a result of a fall at work, he is currently off sick as the rehabilitation programmes have been unsuccessful on more than one occasion. I have been asked to write to the GP, would it be appropriate for me to ask the GP if he had any back problems prior to the incident in 2010.
