Workshop on Femto- Astro- Spectro- Ethyne (FASE)

Ethyne, also named acetylene (C2H2), has attracted over the years and currently concentrates research efforts among a significant group of scientists investigating fundamental topics in chemical physics. The workshop entitled FASE, for Femto-, Astro-, Spectro-Ethyne, and organized by the International Solvay Institutes in Brussels will address these topics, including rovibrational and electronic spectroscopy, intramolecular dynamics and reactivity, aggregation processes, astrochemistry and astrophysics. Twenty-seven experts have been invited and have agreed to join. We shall welcome about 25 additional participants expected to contribute a poster presentation.
