Dear All, I am delighted to welcome Gill as IJMCE's book review editor. We are so fortunate that she has agreed to take this on and we all really appreciate all her support and hard work in our steering committee for our Mentoring and Coaching SIG. Could you provide Gill with help? Thanks for your message to us all; Gill, Hello all, I'm currently book reviews editor for the new journal of mentoring and coaching, due to be published for the first time in March 2012.  Because of my personal circumstances at the moment, I would welcome having someone to act as my deputy who could step in when I am unable to do the work.  I also desperately need reviewers, please. Would any of you be kind enough to act as my deputy or to volunteer to review books that come in?  I only have one at the moment but am chasing others.
