medieval-religion: Scholarly discussions of medieval religion and culture

I hate to clutter the list with my technical queries, but this has in past been such a wonderful resource for me. Is there anybody who would be willing to correspond with me offline about the relationship between blessings, the mass, votive masses, sacramentaries and pontificals? I realize in trying to write something that I can't quite get my fingers around some issues I need to understand, and preliminary reading has not clarified my confusion, which is no doubt because I continue to be a notice to these traditions.
