Producer - REACT Creative Economy Hub

Salary: £27.000 pa

REACT Hub
www.react-hub.org.uk.

Funded by the Arts and Humanities Research Council, REACT (Research and Enterprise in Arts and Creative Technology) is one of four UK Creative Economy Hubs and is a collaboration between the University of the West of England, Watershed, and the Universities of Bath, Bristol, Cardiff and Exeter.

It reaches across two dynamic UK regions, and uniquely across three cultural areas and two languages and creative economies. Together we aim to generate a transformation in arts-driven economic and social impact, by combining demand from the Creative Economy with Arts and Humanities research excellence.

The post-holders will produce REACT’s creative economy programmes and Festivals, ensuring the Sandbox schemes, projects and events are well-founded, well-communicated and well-managed.

The role has a broad remit and will need a mix of inspiration, collaboration and support: from making presentations to inspiring academics, to seeking out innovative creative companies, from updating the project blogs to churning out contracts or crunching numbers. Always you will be configuring people and ideas to create a sparkling portfolio of daring and imaginative projects.
