Hello Sandra, Am having problems contacting the TLS about our online access. Our Username and Password no longer seems valid and they haven't replied to my e-mails. Is there a contact number for them at all? With thanks for any help or advice. Our agent assured us that the one username and password could be given out to everyone but with only one simultaneous user. However, the sub acknowledgement letter appears to say that the one password (which we create on first registration) cannot be shared.
