Hello Maureen If anything, our figures are higher than 2010. 2274 does seem to be high compared with our figures of 233 for Mar 2010 and 470 for Mar 2011. In fact they are only one sixth of what they were in 2009-2010! Has anyway noticed such a big drop as this. I have not reported it to their help desk yet – thought I would check with colleagues first. I was so concerned at titles with high usage last year and zero this year that I actually went in and checked we still had access - we do One example in March 2010 we had 2274 FT downloads and in March 2011 there were 208 downloads. Using Counter for both years.
