"Large chunks" was a subjective assessment based on the fact that I tried half a dozen different areas and none of them worked.

Lets see.

The ambition is to transfer a large amount of the government business to as few websites as possible.

Is it significant that the ASA and “large chunks” (does that mean other chunks *were* business as usual?) of CfH were down at the same time?

i.e. do they share vital elements so that if one of these go down, both do? Or is it a server problem? Or what?

While I would agree that it is not earthshattering if both go missing for a few hours or even longer, some government/ALB websites are of more immediate importance – or could be so in some circumstances.

Is there any significance for policy?
