The issue you raised on Tuesday--it seemed to me that you wanted to change where the output was being redirected, with the -o option. If this is the case, then OutDirMode must be set to 2. You were saying your input was at ~/Desktop (which stands for: /home/<username>/Desktop) the other day. Today you posted that your input is at /Users/anna/Desktop. Check for any errors in the input filepath. ________________________________________ From: FSL - FMRIB's Software Library [[log in to unmask]] on behalf of Anna Matejko [[log in to unmask]] Sent: Thursday, October 27, 2011 1:13 PM To: [log in to unmask] Subject: Re: [FSL] Philips Par/Rec Files and Gradient tables Hi again, Yes, I did download the latest version (April 4, 2011). However now I appear to have a new error message. It appears not to be able to find the files, even though they are most certainly there. I have double checked the dcm2nii.ini file and everything seems to be ok? idholloway:parrec anna$ /Users/anna/Desktop/mricronmac/dcm2nii /Users/anna/Desktop/parrec Chris Rorden's dcm2nii :: April 4 2011 reading preferences file /Users/anna/.dcm2nii/dcm2nii.ini Data will be exported to /Users/anna/Desktop/parrec Validating 23 potential DICOM images.
