I uploaded my data. The reference number is 986037.

fmag01.nii.gz (magnitude image for TE1)

gre_map.txt (fieldmap sequence output txt file)
lams_dti_68.txt (DTI sequence output txt file)
TE2-TE1=6.9-4.6=2.3 ms
Echo spacing = (1000*22.139)/(434.215*68)/SENSE factor=0.75/2=0.375 ms
Key parameters for the fieldmap sequence in gre_map.txt and for the DTI sequence in the lams_dti_68.txt file.
I use prelude and fudge according to the FSL manual and can not get good results. Is the phase image from fieldmap sequence already unwrapped from philips 3T machine since the SENSE factor is on?
