Hi,

If you use the TFCE option it takes the guesswork out of threshold choice.  It is invoked through the -T flag.

Hi, FSLers.

I rand randomise as following:
randomise -i merged -m mask -o stats_cluster -d design.mat -t design.con -c 2.3 -n 5000
and got these files:
stats_cluster_tstat1.nii.gz stats_cluster_clustere_corrp_tstat1.nii.gz
Now I think I did the thresholding with a too large t value.
How can I a _clustere_corrp_tstat1.nii.gz file with a lower t-value, such as '-c 1.98'?
Should I run randomise again and wait half a day?
Or is there any direct way with the file stats_cluster_tstat1.nii.gz?

Thanks very much!
