Hello, dual_regression experts:

This is the first time I am using dual_regression. I want to compare DMN between controls and patients. Following the DR instructions, I input as below:

 ~/apps/FSL/fsl/bin/dual_regression vol0006.nii.gz 1 Ctr+Mod.mat Ctr+Mod.con 5000 CMout cat ../.filelist

DR was running for less than 1s and gave online output as below without error message and correct results:

creating common mask

doing the dual regressions

sorting maps and running randomise

Output fold scripts+logs/ has some drA.(B, C, D) files and an executable drB file. When I ran it, it gave error message as:

Error: failed to open file CMout/maskALL

Any hints and suggestions would be very appreciated about this issue.
